We’re All in this Together

STP TRAILS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR MUD SEASON, WITH NO SET OPENING DATE AT THIS POINT. THE OPENING DATE WILL BE DETERMINED BY TRAILS DRYING OUT AND GOVERNOR SCOTT’S DIRECTIVES.

Please stay home. Shelter. Nest. Take time to Breathe. Get Outside. Bike. Walk. Run. Dance. But stay close to home. It is the right thing to do for our hospitals, medical professionals, essential workers, and the health of our community.

STP has been and will continue to work tirelessly to get our trails ready for spring riding and hiking. From the very beginning of this Pandemic, we have been planning and preparing for another season of (socially distanced) trail work and riding that will keep the stoke alive and everyone safe.

As outdoor enthusiasts, adapting to varying conditions is a familiar situation for all of us. Rugged trails in treacherous weather can be a serious challenge, but keeping a positive state of mind, staying calm, and working together will ensure a safe and enjoyable journey.

We are all in this together, and STP will continue to support the health of our community through our public trail networks. Now, more than ever, trails offer respite and an outlet for so many people. Fresh air, exercising outdoors, and being in nature provides both physical and mental well-being during these strange times.

We hope your family, friends, and colleagues are safe and well, and taking the necessary precautions to keep it that way.

In solidarity,
Rachel Fussell & Stowe Trails Partnership Board
