Stowe Trails Partnership, a non-profit organization managing over 35 miles of mountain bike and multi-use trails in Stowe, VT, seeks a dynamic, highly motivated, and exceptionally organized candidate for Executive Director. STP works closely with many stakeholders, including the Town of Stowe, Stowe Land Trust, Vermont Mountain Bike Association, access partners, various Vermont state agencies, and the entire Stowe community to help people experience all the benefits of recreating on trails.

Duties include, but are not limited to: leading and supporting STP’s Board of Directors; managing day to day operations and communications; engaging and cultivating relationships with all partners; strategic planning; community outreach; event planning; grant writing and fundraising. The candidate must be a highly effective communicator, possessing excellent written and verbal skills. Experience leading a non-profit and knowledge of Stowe’s trails and mountain bike culture is a plus.
